Russia exports 95% of its crude oil to Europe and other neighbours - INTERFAX

Only 5.5% or 0.2 mbd of Russian crude oil exports goes to non-European and non-Former Soviet Union countries, the biggest receivers being Israel, China, USA, Iran and India. According to INTERFAX the overall biggest receivers of Russian oil January to March this year were:
