Tanker trade from the Murmansk area declines slightly in 2005

The Geneva shipbroker and analyst Riverlake has examined the tanker trade from the main Russian ports. The latest report analyses the tanker trade from the Murmansk area. 

According to Riverlake, the tanker trade from this area declined slightly in 2005 from 5.1 m tonnes in 2004 to 4.9 m tonnes. 

The trade is undertaken by modern double hull tankers.
