Bulgaria – reduction in port tariffs Further to article in Weekly NEWS No. 48 of 1 December 2000, the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport has finally decided to reduce the tonnage dues from USD 1.05/GT to USD 0.50/GT as from 2 March 2001.  From the above date tankers will therefore not pay higher dues than dry cargo vessels.
