Mid-winter in Moscow could be an interesting time for those interested in Russia’s oil business. If you expect to be involved with the transportation of oil from the Former Soviet Union or if you are interested in how this trade will impact the tanker market, you should register for our Tanker Seminar in Moscow 29 and 30 January 2004.

The seminar is being held at the invitation of the Russian Minister of Transport, Sergei Frank, who has kindly agreed to open it. The programme will cover the Former Soviet Union (FSU) oil market and tanker transportation from the various FSU regions, with an emphasis on the commercial, operational and environmental challenges created by the FSU’s expanding oil exports.

The seminar will be open to all members, associate members and contacts. It would help us considerably if you could give an early indication of your interest in attending to Erik Ranheim.
