    UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) report issued on grounding of Attilio Ievoli

    The UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) has issued its report MAIB Report No 2/2005 on the investigation of the grounding of the chemical tanker Attilio Ievoli in the west Solent on 3 June 2004 .
