    Singapore – warning against bribery and other illegal practices in bunkering

    The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority has issued Port Marine Circular No. 12 of 2005 stating that parties involved in bunker transactions must carry them out in accordance with the relevant Codes of Practice and refrain from engaging in unethical, fraudulent or other illegal practices.
