Annual Events

INTERTANKO’s 2018 Annual Tanker Event will be held during the week commencing 18 June at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Rome. Running since 1996, the INTERTANKO Annual Tanker Event is into its 22nd edition and is recognised as THE event for tanker-related matters.

The week begins with the Executive Committee’s dinner and meeting as well as the Council dinner, while the AGM is held on the 20th, signalling the true start of the Tanker Event.

Last year’s event in Houston was a resounding success and Rome promises to be every bit as informative and productive.

Monday 18 June
Executive Committee Dinner (Evening – Executive Committee only)

Tuesday 19 June
Executive Committee Meeting (Executive Committee only)
Council Dinner (Evening – Council members, partners and invited guests only)

Wednesday 20 June
Council meeting (AM – Council members and Committee chairmen)
Annual General Meeting (PM – open to all Members and Associate Members, registration required)
Annual Gala Dinner (Evening – open to all, registration required)

Thursday 21 June
Tanker Summit: The Future of Energy Transportation at Sea (All-day – open to all, registration required)
Social Dinner (Evening – open to all, registration required)

Friday 22 June
Tanker Forum – in-depth discussions on technical issues (AM – The forum will be followed by a late lunch for all registered delegates – open to all, registration required)
