    IMO Circular on gas-freeing of ships destined for recycling

    IMO issues new Reception Facilities Reporting Form

    Amendments to MARPOL Annex V (Garbage) enter into force

    Amendments to MARPOL Annex V on the prevention of pollution by garbage came into force on 1 August 2005 .    As a result of this, cargo residues are now included in the Garbage Record Book.     CO2 Index guidelines issued by the IMO
