New Managing Director for ITOPF

ITOPF has appointed Dr Karen Purnell to succeed Dr Tosh Moller as Managing Director of ITOPF, effective 5 May 2009.   Dr Purnell joined ITOPF in 1994 and was named Managing Director Designate in November 2008.
