Two voluntary vessel speed restriction zones established

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA's) National Marine Fisheries Service announces that a voluntary vessel speed restriction zone (Dynamic Management Area - DMA) has been established due to the sighting of 15 whales in the vicinity of Cashes Ledge on 12 May 2009.
