Membership satisfaction survey/questionnaire

As in previous years, we are undertaking a Membership Satisfaction survey as part of our ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, and also as part of INTERTANKO's own commitment to the quality of the services that are provided to and on behalf of Members and Associate Members.


We would therefore be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire which was distributed with the membership fees invoice and return it by fax to the number indicated. Alternatively you may complete it on-line


We rely heavily on your feedback, positive or negative. The questionnaire only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Please also consider making further comments in the space provided.
