INTERTANKO Marine Manager changes

As many may be aware, our Marine Manager, Fredrik Larsson, temporarily left INTERTANKO on 2 July 2010 for approximately 12 months. During this sabbatical he will return to sea to gain the sea time required to attain his Swedish Master Mariner's Certificate.
