ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES FOREMOST DURING IMO MEETING

ADVANCES ON EUROPEAN TBT REGULATIONS

Discussion on a draft regulation regarding TBT based anti-fouling systems recently took place in the Council’s Transport working group and the Parliament’s Transport Committee. The former agreed on the draft Regulation with some amendment and there were no further comments from the latter. There will now be a vote on the Regulation during the Parliament’s plenary meeting on 18 November.... More
