    Houston Pilot Authority issues new ruling on "widebody vessels"

    The Houston Pilot Authority has issued a new ruling relating to "widebody vessels". This will affect vessels running the Houston Ship Channel (HSC) from the Sea Buoy up as far as Shell and Oil Tanking.
