New HVPQ4 form adopted by CDI

The ISIS -Web 7 system of the Chemical Distribution Institute (CDI) will change over to the HVPQ4 format on Monday 16 June 2008 at 09:00 (GMT). All users accessing VPQs from 16 June   will only receive the new HVPQ4. Number of second-hand transactions increasing

    2008 has so far seen exceptional market conditions - at least for larger tankers.
